Now a days many hospitals are engaging Ayush doctors as Casualty Medical Officers or ICU doctors who independently manage patients although legally they can't practice allopathy. Many a times these Ayush doctors do some training courses in some private allopathic hospitals by paying some fees and claim to know about managing patients under the guise of training. The hospitals also engage them as they demand less pay from their allopathic counterparts.

Although government and Supreme Court have banned these Ayush doctors to practice allopathy they continue to treat patients in these hospitals. So what is their legal position and how to stop this?
