An 67 year old male patient has come to the OPD with history of back pain in mid thoracic region since 8-10 days. No history of fall, no comorbidities except mild asthmatic on Rota halers PRN. No similar complaints in the past, no surgical history.

Has difficulty in lying down and to sleep in supine position and difficulty in getting up from supine position to change the posture. Pain not decreased with analgesics. Need valuable opinion
