A 28 years old female was diagnosed with dengue fever which worsened within 3-4 days. She developed bilateral plural effusion and ARDS supported with artificial ventilation for 2 days. Later on she recovered well and became free of respiratory complications. Few days after recovery from dengue fever, patient diagnosed with persistent bigeminal VPCs.

Patient is having no symptoms. CPK - MB is normal and 2D-Echo is normal. Please suggest further management.
