Endometrial cancer (EC) is increasingly prevalent, particularly among women with obesity, insulin resistance, and other metabolic disorders, and progestin therapy is widely used for managing endometrial hyperplasia and abnormal uterine bleeding. However, evidence comparing the effectiveness of progestins alone versus combined therapy with glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) in reducing EC risk remains limited.
