recently i have been appointed in govt hospital on contractual basis for 1 location but here the distict colector orders me to work in deeper layers of the distict for 1 month for some other location, i dont no how long it continues ...acctually i dont oppose to work in rural areas,i enjoy it but as there is a problem of naxals in this area & there r some bomb blast taking place...i'm ttottaly opposing to go deeper layers of ths distict,so my doubt is... can i oppose a distict collector order in this sensitive time? i have appointed for one location but dist collector wants me to work in other location [subcenters] for months?
if he force me to go...can i take help of law?
