A 54-year-old man presented to the Emergency Department with chronic shortness of breath and wheezing. He had decreased breath sounds throughout the right hemithorax. All laboratory values were within normal limits. On physical examination, he was afebrile with a regular cardiac exam. History He had no significant medical or surgical history.
