A 70-year-old male presented to the ENT with limited ptosis, proptosis, and limited abduction of the right eye. He had developed a right maxillary sinus mass a year ago. He also suffered from pain on the right side of his face but did not complain of nasal congestion or epistaxis. The patient had a history of neurofibromas that had been excised. Axial (images A and B) and postgadolinium (images C and D) MRI scans have been provided.

A biopsy of the mass was performed, and a cellular spindle cell tumor along with wavy collagen bundles in the myxoid stroma was observed. What is your diagnosis? *This image-based patient case is from the Docplexus Editorial Team for educative purposes only. Source: Case Reports in Pathology
