A 51-year-old male presented with recurrent rashes that he had been suffering from for the last 4 years. The rashes were associated with burning and itching sensations. The patient revealed that he used to take piroxicam every month, alternating it with paracetamol. The rashes usually appeared several hours to one day after taking piroxicam, and he also felt pain in his knee or tiredness in general when the rashes appeared.
He had been previously advised to take oral prednisolone, which resolved his rashes within a week. However, he visited the hospital when the diameter and number of rashes began to increase and rashes started appearing on his genitals, accompanied by nausea, fever, and dyspnea.
