A patient aged about 72 years presented with diplopia, went to ophthalmologist. He referred the case to me duly suspecting some compression on the optic chiasma. I investigated the case like MRI brain, which revealed the tumour from pituitary fossa. He was posted for surgery i.e. Transnasal endoscopic excision of the tumour & sent the entire moss for H.P Examination which confirmed as "Adenoma of Pituatary".

Patient was made uneventful recovery & discharged the patient. He was followed for six months, no evidence of recovery. His diplopia disappeared immediately after recovery from Anaesthesia. As this is an unusual case, it is being presented.
