Case A 55-year-old male presented with the complaints of an excruciating pain of his right palm while working or handling objects. The neurologist had diagnosed the condition as carpal tunnel syndrome. However, after suggested medication and physiotherapy, patient's symptoms did not subside. Examination in the Orthopedic Department indicated: No signs of discoloration and abnormal swelling The right hand looked normal but on palpation, a small tender nodule was felt on the thenar eminence Ultrasonography scan revealed a solid, homogeneous, hypoechoic, and highly vascularized solitary nodule of around 1*1. Diagnosis An initial diagnosis was made as a hemangioma.
