Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is commonly associated with kids and adolescents affecting the lower extremities, head and neck and genito-urinary tract. This case represents primary RMS of breast representing CLINICA; invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC). Case: This case presents a 19-year-old girl, suffering from a lump in the right breast from last one month.

She had dyspnoea for 15 days and cough from last 5 days along with the intimidating fever. After evaluation, it was discovered as the intraductal carcinoma of the right breast.
