A diabetic woman on teneligliptan, glimipiride, metformin and rosuvastatin has Hba1c 5.9. She has UTI, after c/ s of urine prescribed cotrimoxazole DS one BD and one tab fluconazole 200 mg. On third day of treatment patient developed symptoms of hypoglycemia and capillary blood glucose monitored by glucometer 59mg.

What could be the cause of hypoglycemia? Any other advice for this patient.
