A 8 year old girl, born by FTNVD of non-consagnious marriage is having tonic-clonic convulsions since 2 months of birth. Seizures are not controlled with antiepiletics, she is having episodes almost alternate days,at times 2-3 /day. CT brain :WNL.

Has been diagnosed as a case of ' Cerebral Palsy with intractable seizures with features of Autism. 1.What is the course of the disease? 2.What is the management?
