Dear all, I just want to know your view on urinary bladder cold saline lavage in case of frank hematuria in an elderly patient with hypotension. Trexanamic acid, ethysy, hemocoagulase, crystalloid, colloid, inotrope all given. Finally cold saline lavage of UB was done and bleeding stopped. L ater it came out to be a case of carcinoma UB.

I just wish to know if cold saline lavage in frank hematuria is done? R eply awaited. Thanks in advance.
