Abdominal pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic gestation that occurs once in 10,000 live births and accounts for less than 1% of ectopic pregnancies. 1 This Case Study describes a rare case of sigmoid aggravated by a misdiagnosis. 2 Case presentation  A 41-year-old G1P0 lady was presented to the emergency department due to severe vaginal bleeding.
