At 7 months, prematurely born, both head of femur were out of acetabulum cavity since birth, for first three months of life he was in paediatric support and in wrapped condition; at 4th month onwards he was in plaster for six months. Date of birth 2-1-2001 surgery1- in 17-3-2003 surgery2- in 21-3-2003 capsulorraphy done 13-5-2009 rt correction osteotomy for fusion abduction of Rt hip joint done, had lot of reaction/ infection got fibrsed, now child in putting all wt on Lt side leg and limping Now how to proceed for correction of both hips joints?
Now what is your advise for this 15 year old boy having bilateral hips joint anomaly?
