A communication between physicians and patients often can be the key factor in a doctor-patient rapport. It builds the trust that can go a long way. However, there are a number of reasons that can make patients angry or disappointed.
For examples, something you've told them, waiting times, bad results, rude assistants/staff etc. There are ways with which you not only prevent them from accusing you, but also keep them as one of your patients. How do you deal with such angry, disappointed patients?
