I operated a case of tonsillectomy in 5 yr child. For induction of anaesthesia I give glycopyrolate propofol and sucol.
After intubation patient got refractory bronchospasm i use Hydrocortisone salbutamol inhaler intratrachial Adrenaline but chest remained silent Finally patient got cardiac arrest and died. What else could be done?
