A gang of armed men entered a private nursing home and pointed a gun at medical officer there asking him to provide intensive care to their friend who was wounded in car accident yesterday evening as per their claim.They refused to fill and sign official papers on resisting,they beat doctor and other staffers.On knowing complaint to police,they fled.Police,however have identified by cctv footage. How to deal with such a situation?
