A 10 year old boy with h/o unknown insect bite 3 months back with no systemic and local complication back then. For last 2 months he has been developing demarcated skin rash mainly on the back which is self resolving in an hour or two and is not associated with any fever, pain, itching etc.

No h/o any medication, no h/o previous food allergy. What is provisional diagnosis?
