A 32 year old gentleman, works in MNC, gives history of heart burn on and off and takes Esmeprazole sometimes as OTC drug, further gives history of chronic back pain and on regular medication (Etoricoxib 90mg OD) , he says after eating canned and processed food he gets heart burn and sometimes with hot beverages, no other Co morbidity and physical examination unremarkable. Is it GERD? Gastritis? Or Etoricoxib is culprit here?
