Dexmedetomidine 0.5-1 mcg per kg + Butylscopolamine 1 ampule  along with Muscle relaxants, provides Ideal conditions for Rapid sequence Intubation in High risk cases, Especially in  patients with poor hemodynamic conditions. Heart rate , Blood Pressure, are well maintained  + Good sedation , Amnesia , Analgesia + Good relaxation with use of  minimal dose  relaxants ensured .
