A 50 years old female Diabetes patient on OHA, presented with the history of sudden onset palpitations, giddiness, tiredness. History of similar episodes one week back and 6 months back but symptoms got resolved spontaneously and no ECG documentation of those episodes. ECG recorded in this 3rd episode. After admission, before we could load medicines her ECG reverted.
