A 22-year-old female presented with the change in behavior in form of fearfulness and irrelevant, inappropriate talk and irritable with an occasional outburst of abusive language. She had 1-2 hr sleep/day from 30 days. Visual, auditory hallucination and delusion, Occasional episode of lip smacking pouting with Spitting. Fluctuating level of consciousness, Acute confusion or amnestic states.Mild to a moderate headache with vomiting from 20 days.
Also had mild to moderate on/off fever with out chills and rigor which respond to analgesic from 10 days. Altered sensorium in form of disoriented to time, place and Person not following to verbal command with urine and fecal incontinence from 3 days.
