We often in our clinical practice come across with patients having poorly diagnosed teeth which are so much periodontically compromised that they have to undergo extraction. When it come to anterior tooth or teeth esthetics become prime concern for such patients. So we being a Prosthodontist or general dentistry practioner its our duty to overcome esthetically compromised condition and give patients with different treatment options like immediate implant or immediate RPD. A 36 year old male patient came with periodontically compromised upper and lower anterior teeth.

All the teeth involved were grade 3 mobile.Teeth involved were 21, 24, 31, 32, and 41.
