A 21-year old male presented with extensive papulonodular lesions and non-healing ulcers on his lower limbs. Observation Foul and non-healing ulcers on his legs and under his right sole Recurrent hemorrhagic rhinitis History The patient reported that the problem started nine years ago as a single papulonodular lesion on his right thigh. The ulcers progressively spread to his arms, legs, back and neck, over a period of five years. The patient was prescribed ciprofloxacin 1 gm/day with prednisolone 10 mg/week.
The treatment caused moderate but fluctuating improvement in the condition, followed by self-medication with eosin and betamethasone ointment.
