A 23-year-old boy from Guwahati presented to my clinic in Delhi with rashes over neck and arms, developed suddenly 3 days back when he woke up in the morning. He was in Delhi from last 8 days. No history of any new food or clothing. History of shifting to a new room 3 days back.
Complains of irritation and pain in the lesions on moving the neck. No bleeding or discharge. Past h/o- Similar linear lesion developed 6months back on arm (See photo of PIH attached) when he was in Guwahati. What is the probable diagnosis?
