History A 38-year-old female, with a history of a gradually extending swelling of the right posterior mandible for last 2-3 years, present to the clinic with the chief complaint of a swelling that started to reach towards her throat. She did not have any pain or other systemic symptoms. On performing a panoramic radiograph, a large radiolucency in the posterior mandible was revealed which was confirmed by a CBCT scan taken by the oral surgeon.

Past Medical History The patient has a history of anxiety, hypothyroidism, and chronic low back pain; and her medications include gabapentin, duloxetine, levothyroxine, and methocarbamol. Treatment An incisional biopsy was made under local anesthesia after which the patient was referred for surgical excision of the lesion.
