A 23-year old gravida 4, para 3, abortus 3, female was referred to the obstetrics and gynecology emergency department because of her inability to deliver a baby despite being five days in labor. Medical History: The patient had a history of the inability to deliver her baby in previous pregnancies. She was managed in two different traditional birth attendant (TBA) facilities. The second TBA identified the cause of prolonged labor as abnormal position of fetus. Therefore, she corrected it by intrauterine manipulation through the vagina.
