Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) aneurysm is a rare vascular anomaly with only 53 cases being reported worldwide until the year 2015. The following is a case report of one such rare case of IVC aneurysm from the Cardiology Department of Kasturba Medical College, diagnosed using multi-sliced computed tomography (MSCT). A 35-year-old male presented to the Cardiology Department with the chief complaint of chest deformity. Patient history The patient had severe pectus excavatum.
