A 2 day-old male newborn presents with macrosomia, hypoglycemia, and an eruption on the face and extremities. At birth, he had respiratory distress which has resolved. He is otherwise healthy and without fever. Physical Examination T: 37.4 C, BP: 81/41, P: 136, RR: 56, Wt: 5.6 kg. There are reddish-brown papules on the extremities (image attached).
