Violence against doctors has increased in the past few years. Violence episodes are mostly followed by the treating doctors getting seriously injured and subsequent strikes by the medical community.

No harsh punishment is provided to the attackers. The community has mostly same demands: safety of doctors and jail sentence to people that attack doctors.
