A 5-year-old female child had come with the history of repeated abdominal pain with fever since 6 months. I examined they were cervical lymph nodes abdomen soft mild tenderness below the umbilicus. USG was done s/o nonspecific mesenteric adenitis. Montreux test of 6 mm induration.

CBC urine ESR normal. I have to give the course of antibiotics for 5 days. Is the child also 14 kg underweight for age active alert. Should we suggest anti-tubercular treatment?
