A 39 yr old lady reported with c/o pain in rt upper abdomen radiating to back; 7days ,it was colicy' no relation with meal:no vomiting pain worse in evening;no bladder bowel menstrual disturbance, no response with antispasmotics and analgesics, xray chest and abd usg NAD. Inv-hb%=8gm.urine-NAD.
