The patient 60 years presented with extreme weakness which is generalized. c/o associated hoarseness of voice for 1& half months. No h/o fever, cough or recent weight loss or diarrhea. On examination, all found within normal limit.

The lab works out of TC, DLC, ESR, routine blood sugar, serum electrolyte ( except slightly elevated Na level [152]) Hb% found normal. On further questioning, the patient complains of frequent micturition (every 30-40mins) with high water intake without thirst. Is there any other differential than DI?
