People with diabetes need to carefully consider the contents of each meal. Especially, for carbohydrate-containing food such as sweets, bread, rice, pasta, and fresh fruits. While fruits including papaya and pineapples, with high sugar levels, are considered as a big NO NO fruits for the diabetic patients, low-sugar fruits like apples, grapes, pears can be recommended in the diabetic patients. For many years, nutrient-rich fruit like Banana has been avoided.
