If one is not able to control its habit of eating chocolate and junk food and munching food in between diet, mostly it was being understood as habit of the person and if one control oneself from this environmental acquired habit, one can refrain from taking these foods but now it is by research evident that it is related to genetic change in the chromosome of that person which compels one to take such food habit. Higher chocolate intake and a larger waist size was linked to certain forms of the oxytocin receptor gene, and an obesity-associated gene played a role in vegetable and fibre intake, researchers said. They also observed that certain genes were involved in salt and fat intake.
