So abdomen which is considered as second brain in view number neurons and nerves connected with it make the connection between this 2 systems in abdominal migraine in children,IBS in anxious patients , constipation in extrapyramidal diseases etc make this neurogastroenterology an expanding subspecialty.So don't be hesitant to order an EEG in refractory abdominal discomfort and nausea especially in adolescents.
