Case presentation A 93-year-old male patient reported to the emergency department with the chief complaint of visual hallucinations for the past four days. The patient admitted to seeing surrounding objects move by themselves, a purple sky, and flying cars in the sky. He also revealed that these hallucinations, triggered by constant staring at a white wall, resolved on repeated blinking. The patient seemed aware that these visions were unreal phantom visions.
