A 70Y/F, recently detected Impaired Post Prandial blood sugar ( FBS 98, PPBS 238, Urine sugar: PP 3+), Patient is k/c/o relapsed advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma since 2 yrs, on 2nd line chemotherapy (completed 8 cycles of luporal) multiple liver METS, Grade 1 fatty liver, collapsed gall bladder with Gall bladder calculi. Sr. Creat 1.6, SGPT 32, Total Bilirubin 0.5.

Please suggest the line of Management . I am thinking of initiating Voglibose (0.3) BD.
