65 year old foreigner residing in Kodaikanal has presented with severe general myalgia, and fatigue 2 days. No other symptoms, no comorbidities. O/E petechial hemorrhage all over the body,. Vitals stable Afebrile Systemic examination normal. Hb-12g, WBC 12k, platelets 26000, CK MB 400, increased next day to 640, Trop I- Normal, HCV positive card test, LFT 10% increase in SGOT AND SGPT.
Dengue negative for IgM and Ig G. urine RBC+ WBC+ RFT Normal. What is the possible diagnosis? Kindly help me with the management approach?
