Patient History A 54-year old woman was presented with an asymptomatic, non-progressive, bluish discoloration of her sclera for over 10 years. She has a history of osteoarthritis in her knees and wrists. She was consuming tetracycline for 10 years, and minocycline for 20 years. However, she had discontinued minocycline 2 years prior to presentation.

Examination Visual acuity was 20/25 bilateral Pupillary examination, intraocular pressure, extraocular movements, and visual fields were all normal Dark-brown and blue discoloration of the sclera was observed. Lenses, vitreous, and retinae were unremarkable Closer observation of her face revealed bluish discoloration of the lower eyelid skin, the pinna of both ears, and her front teeth.
