Β . Case presentation A 27-year-old female presented with headaches, hot flashes, galactorrhea, and eight-week delayed periods. She did not complain of any vision or weight fluctuations problems, quit smoking five years ago, and was an occasional drinker. She had a medical history of asthma and irritable bowel syndrome. She was noted to have galactorrhoea on expression, and physical examinations revealed a 10 cm supra-pubic mass.
Investigations Prolactin: 24, 642 mIU/l (normal range 50β400 mIU/l) TSH: 1.8 mIU/l (0.30β5.00) Thyroxine: 12 pmol/l (9β25 pmol/l) Normal cortisol response to short synacthen test MRI images of the pituitary were normal.
