A 18 yrs old female, no premorbid condition, admitted with h/o fever x 3 days, peri oral lesion, altered sensorium. Hemodynamic stable. CSF Normal. On examination sunset eyes with ptosis. No other neurological deficit. Near vision normal.
MRI brain s/o corpus callosum hyperintense signal. Lab investigation s/o normal hb(10), tc & platelets low, normal coagulation & renal function test, altered Liver function test( high sgot > sgpt) normal bilirubin.
