Supreme Court says it is a legal responsibility of the hospital and doctor to provide care to any accident victim regardless of the patient ability to pay. Most of the time, either the relatives pay the bills or take their patient to govt centre if they are not able to afford the treatment. But many times in these situations relatives refuse to pay the bills after the treatment.

Then who is legally liable to take this financial burden? Hospital/ relatives/ government?
