Glycogenic hepatopathy (GH) is often underrecognized and misdiagnosed as a nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in diabetic patients due to symptomatic similarities such as hepatomegaly. The prevalence of GH is relatively low compared to other hepatic maladies. This article deals with the diagnosis of GH from clinical manifestation and management modalities.
