30yrs old male patient with history of malignant hypertension had a growth on the head started as small acne like started to grow. After scratching surgical excision done under LA there was a heavy bleeding from the site .it was sutured but again it's growing, what might be the lesion?

He was on homeo for BP he has high BP around180/100 persistently now I started amlokind at BP was 120/90.
