My patient aged 10 & half years old is having headache constantly for last 15 days. Blood investigations and MRI of the brain and sinuses done, and everything is normal. Initially for about 10 days she was on antibiotics, analgesics, antihistaminic and nasal drops.
But as she was not responding and having the headache Rizatriptan (5mg OD) along with Naprosyn (250mg BD) was started in the line of Migraine. It is being continued however she still complains of headache and is not in a particular area but all over the head. So anyone can give me a solution how to get rid of her headache.
