A 25 year old lady (non-diabetic and non-hypertensive) presented to me with c/o pain in the right heel region for last 2 weeks. The pain increases on pressure to this region and walking and it becomes excruciating if ever she steps on a stone/pebble on the road while walking. Local examination revealed nothing abnormal. No fever, skin changes. X-Ray of the right ankle joint revealed nothing abnormal.
Blood for CBC, urea are WNL. I prescribed NSAIDS for few days. What next to do? How to approach this case?
