Ten years before, a 60 year old lady had folliculitis with tiny abscess over Lt breast, incised, healed, from that day a small keloid formed and it's going on spreading horizontally all over breast! In ten years she has been given intra- lesion steroid injections but not get arrested. Now it's getting harder and pricking.
